1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles, shotguns, accessories, and ammunition; and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns, receivers, frames, or to order gunsmithing services involving handguns, in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• By ordering, you certify that you are eligible to own and possess firearms, ammunition, or regulated accessories in your jurisdiction, and are not prohibited by law from doing so.

• You agree not to use, order, or possess our products or services where prohibited by law.

2. Firearm Sales & Transfers

• All firearm purchases must be shipped to and transferred through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Buyer must pass all required background checks and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prior to transfer.

• Buyer is responsible for selecting a valid FFL, passing background checks, and paying all applicable shipping, transfer, and background check fees.

• If you cannot legally take possession of your purchased firearm, your order will be refunded minus shipping and restocking fees. No firearms will be transferred to any person other than the actual buyer.

• “Straw purchases” (buying firearms for others who are prohibited from owning them) are illegal and will be reported to authorities.

3. Custom Holsters, Gunsmithing, and Services

• Custom holster and gunsmithing orders require clear specifications. We reserve the right to decline or modify orders for compliance or safety reasons.

• We are not responsible for firearms or accessories shipped to us for gunsmithing that are not properly documented or are sent in violation of law.

• Completion times may vary; we make reasonable efforts but do not guarantee delivery or completion dates.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate, legal firearms and documentation for any gunsmithing service.

4. Gun Safety Courses

• Enrollment is open to persons legally allowed to handle and possess firearms.

• The Company reserves the right to deny participation on the basis of safety or legal eligibility.

• Participation requires compliance with all safety instructions, rules, and applicable laws.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Firearms, ammunition, and custom-made items (including holsters) are not returnable except as required by law or under express written warranty.

• Non-firearm and non-custom items may be returned in unused, original condition within [X] days subject to inspection and a restocking fee.

• Any refused or cancelled special order is subject to a restocking fee; shipping and FFL fees are non-refundable.

• If your background check is denied, only the firearm purchase price (less fees) will be refunded. No refund for transfer or background check fees.

6. User Obligations

• You are responsible for compliance with all firearm, ammunition, and accessory laws in your jurisdiction.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all orders and services.

• You agree to use all products and services safely and lawfully.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

• All custom work and products are warranted only as expressly stated in writing. All other products are subject to manufacturer warranties when applicable.

• Firearms, parts, and ammunition must be used according to manufacturer and safety guidelines. Company disclaims liability for misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification.

8. Limitation of Liability

• American Knight's Templar Armory & Gunsmithing, LLC is not liable for damages arising from improper installation, unsafe handling, modification, or use of any product or service.

• By participating in any safety course, gunsmithing service, or using our products, you assume all risk related to firearm use.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Customer data will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your information.

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
