Federal Firearms License Transfer

All firearms purchased online must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder designated by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct FFL information and arranging transfer with the dealer.

Conditional Sales

Firearms transactions are not complete until all legal requirements, including a background check and completion of ATF Form 4473—have been met. Orders will only be released upon successful completion of these steps. Failure to pass the required checks will result in the transaction being canceled; see our return policy for details on refunds and fees.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns or receivers/frames. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification to verify age and eligibility.
